UFO&PSI Glossary: H
Glossary comes from latin "glossarium, glossa" (foreign word), and is in fact a list of often difficult-to-understand words followed by their definitions. An encyclopedia of any kind cannot be considered complete without providing a comprehensive glossary.

H.-P.A.C.: Human-Piloted Alien Craft, developed inside the famous Groom Lake base at Area51.
Hessdalen: Norwegian valley where a unique light phenomena has been happening and recorded since the '80s. Teams of scientists still travel there to study seriously the Hessdalen lights.
Hypnosis: a trance state characterized by extreme suggestibility, relaxation and heightened imagination. Subjects tune out the worries and doubts that normally keep their actions in check. Not a good method to know the reality of facts.
House of Lords UFO Study Group: governmental committee for UFO studies created in 1979 under the chairmanship of the Room of Lord, chiefed by Count of Clancarty (Brinsley Le Poer Trench, deceased in 1995).
HRMS: High Resolution Microwave Survey, the previously called SETI.
Hynek classification: created by astrophysician Hynek, the first scientific classifications of UFO sightings: lights in the sky, daylight discs, radar-visual cases and CE1, CE2, CE3, CE4.
Humanoids: word to indicate the animated entities, the pilots of UFOs, often morphologically similar to a human.
