Movies: Star Trek The Original Series
The following is a movie I've watched and reviewed. Contrary to popular belief, I'm not selling DVDs. This is not a list of movies that tell you "the truth about UFOs". Simply said, I like movies. Each review is as simple and non technical as possible.

Description: space. The final frontier. These are the voyages of the Starship Enterprise. Its' five year mission: to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilisations, to boldly go where no man has gone before!
Well, I believe that everyone does know Star Trek, complete with the once slim Kirk, Spock's overboard rationality, along with every other character's personalities. It has to be noted how different kinds of people are aboard the Starship Enterprise: Kirk and McCoy are white Americans, granted, but Spock could be a mixed-race person, Uhura is black and Sulu is Chinese. Even among the white people, Scotty is Scottish and Chekhov is Russian (during the Cold War!). Spock, by the way, is supposed to have Asperger's syndrome, which limits his ability to show emotions and makes it hard for him to understand metaphors.
Star Trek is based on scientific theories and speculations, but didn't get every scientific fact correct. The technology that came from this show was amazing. Very little of this technology had even been contemplated, such as McCoy's analyzers, little squared disks like what we have today, holographic images, something that was similar to even the internet, laser beams, tractor beams, the transporters (which still appears to be scientifically impossible). Rumors say CIA agents assisted the producer in rendering some aliens... realistic.
I am convinced that Star Trek remains a milestone in TV history.
